If you are not happy with your purchase, just email us @ info@naturalleafcbd.com and we will refund you for your purchase within 30 days of the product received date.  A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.  Products eligible for a return cannot be used or damaged. We offer this guarantee because we stand behind the quality of our products and want this to be a risk-free purchase for you.  Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to info@naturalleafcbd.com. Please provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe. Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

We generally ship all items within 1 or 2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. We ship through U.S. Postal Service, and packages can be tracked through their website.

We fill domestic orders via U.S. Postal Service priority mail, which generally results in delivery within 2 to 3 days.
